PS 194 is a $62 million public school located in the Bronx N.Y. The 141,550 square foot facility which is part of the Bronx community school district #11 occupies the intersection of Waterbury and Zerega Ave.

This five story steel and masonry structure was built on high strength piles to accommodate approximately 900 students with a total gross area of approximately 141,550 square feet. The Interior features of the school include classrooms including pre-kindergarten, a gymnasium, auditorium, library, cafeteria and music suite. One of the exterior features are playgrounds for younger and older children
